چکیده
A systematic study of the effect of fragment−fragment interaction, quantum statistics, γ-feeding and collective flow is made in the extraction of the nuclear temperature from the double ratio of the isotopic yields in the statistical model of one-step (Prompt) multifragmentation. Temperature is also extracted from the isotope yield ratios generated in the sequential binary-decay model. Comparison of the thermodynamic temperature with the extracted temperatures for different isotope ratios show some anomaly in both models which is discussed in the context of experimentally measured caloric curves.

Isotopic trends in nuclear multifragmentation
An overview of the recent progress in the studies of nuclear multifragmentation is presented. Special emphasis is put on the exploration of isotopic trends in nuclear multifragmentation and the possibilities to extract physical information related to the nuclear equation of state. Relevant experimental methods of isotope identification are described. The isotopic composition of fragments is use...

Multifragmentation reactions without large compression in the initial state (proton-induced reactions, reverse-kinematics, projectile fragmentation) are examined, and it is shown that the high temperatures obtained from fragment kinetic energy spectra and lower temperatures obtained from observables such as level population or isotope ratios can be understood in a common framework.

We study the disintegration of nuclei by strong electromagnetic fields induced by ultrarelativistic heavy ions. The proposed multi-step model includes 1) the absorption of a virtual photon by a nucleus, 2) intranuclear cascades of produced hadrons and 3) statistical decay of the excited residual nucleus. The combined model describes well existing data on projectile fragmentation at energy 200 G...

In this paper we continue the investigation of the lattice gas model. The main improvement is that we use two strengths for bonds: one between like particles and another between unlike particle to implement the isospin-dependence of nuclear force. The main effect is the elimination of unphysical clusters, like the dineutron or diproton. It is therefore a better description of nuclear system. Eq...

In the framework of the time-dependent mean field theory, we solve the Vlasov-Nordheim equation and study the sensitive dependence of this highly non-linear equation on the initial conditions. We find that, when nuclear matter is inside the spinodal region, initially small differences between similar trajectories grow exponentially and produce strongly divergent paths resulting in a chaotic evo...
